use the sugar sync to cyncongize, can select the file needed. but if too large file, let say over 1G or oven just over 10m may be have trouble for backup.

2. 8/9 Apple stock apps - forget photoes
3. 39/40 Apple store apps - forget Goodreader as I copied over 3G bites file into My Doucments.
4. Marinella Apps - is also quick big need to forget maybe.
