1) backup all software installed

2) hard reset the software/program before recovery.

notes to recover:

1) SMS backup by jeyo mobile

2) output the microsoft outlook contact in computer to excel file as backup before synconize. after that after synconize with microsof outlook and remove it and recover the excel file backup. this to keep updated contact in case microsoft outlook contact is more updated the i8000 contacts.
